If you prefer to meet in person, my office is located in San Jose within Lumos Clinical Research Center.
The main parking lot can be accessed via Samaritan Drive as well as National Avenue. Additionally, there is street parking along Samaritan Drive directly in front of the building.
Online via Zoom or by Phone
Telehealth is available throughout California. This is a convenient option for clients who live outside of the Bay Area, where my office is located.
I am licensed in California and can serve clients throughout the state using telehealth.
